The Jennian Homes Charles Tour returns to the South Island with the DVS Pegasus Open confirmed at North Canterbury's Pegasus Golf & Sports Club for October 1st-4th 2020.

The initial 2019 event at the Pegasus Golf and Sports Club last year was a great success and it was fitting that last year the winner’s trophies were presented by Sir Bob Charles the New Zealand golf legend the tour is named after. Sir Bob also owns a local farming property in the nearby Oxford area.

DVS Home Ventilation Directors, Peter Roberts, Sue Roberts and Tony Sandes are all committed to the ongoing success of the event.

Peter Roberts says "DVS are pleased to be able to continue our involvement with New Zealand Golf and the Jennian Homes Charles Tour event at Pegasus. The stock of talented New Zealand golfers continues to impress, and we see this event as a great golf challenge on a testing course, our best wishes go to all competitors."

Director of Golf Management & Marketing Mike Godinet says “Once again, the development of Canterbury’s golfing talent will be boosted and encouraged by the support of DVS Home Ventilation and NZME. Their combined support has been instrumental in making this event happen. The opportunity for local players, most of them junior golfers, to play alongside and compete with a quality field of New Zealand professional golfers and the country's elite amateurs over four days gives a rare and valued opportunity for them to test themselves.”
